My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were quite small for three people but were in a modern hotel and always extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, with a special shoutout to Mirei for her kindness. The location was great for access to shops in Ginza and traveling on the trains, but the pillowcases weren't changed regularly. The dining was good but could use more variety, and the facilities were satisfactory overall.
